Reviews and Ratings
I had an incredible stay at this hotel! The rooms are truly amazing with a 5-star service that surpassed my expectations. The staff, especially Mrs Sabrine from guest relations, were always helpful, attentive, and made my day. However, some areas in the rooms need refurbishing, like the shabby and cracked paintwork.
The hotel rooms are beautiful and filled with luxurious amenities like fruit, sweets, and espresso machine, although the decor is a bit dark. The service provided by the attentive and friendly staff members was exceptional. The location is perfect, walking distance to the city center but the salon area could be upgraded. The dining experience offered a great selection of Moroccan and European food. The facilities are top-notch.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The rooms were impeccably clean and beautifully decorated, but the prices could soar during peak times. The service had some rough patches at breakfast, although the staff was incredibly friendly. The location was ideal, nestled in the upscale Hivernage neighborhood, yet the dining options left room for improvement.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, though dark, were well decorated. However, the noise from pool technical installations made sleeping challenging. The service, with some hiccups at breakfast, redeemed itself with attentive staff, especially Belinda. The location was excellent, close to tourist attractions. The dining experience was satisfactory, with good food selection but not top quality.
My stay at this amazing hotel was filled with comfortable rooms and the best pillows ever. The strong beat music added a unique vibe, though some may find it a bit too intense at times. The prices can exceed 2000 euros, which is something to consider.
